ECBA™ Certification Exam Preparation Workshop

Central College of Business & Technology is offering a workshop on the Entry Certification in Business Analysis. This workshop will be conducted over the course of 21 hours. It is based on A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide) Ver. 3. 

This course has been specifically designed to prepare the participants for the ECBA™ certification exam as well as for real-life business analysis assignments.

ECBA™ Certification Exam Preparation Workshop - Learning Objectives

During the course of the Entry Certification in Business Analysis workshop, participants will learn various concepts. For example, they will learn about the key concepts of business analysis along with four selected knowledge areas and their associated tasks and techniques. 

In addition, they will also understand the underlying competencies as highlighted by A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide) Ver. 3.

After completing this program, participants will be able to:

  • Apply this knowledge in business analysis assignments
  • Prepare to pass the ECBA™  exam.

Modules Covered in the ECBA™ Certification

The workshop for ECBA™ certification in Mississauga is based on A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide) Ver. 3. This workshop covers four of the six selected knowledge areas and their associated tasks and techniques.  

It comprises 8 modules. Namely, the modules are:

Format Of The Workshop

This workshop uses a combination of instructions, workshops, quizzes, and discussions along with a practice exam. Quizzes cement the concepts and will provide the basis for a personalized study plan for exam success. A practice exam is also part of the workshop and aims to help participants in passing the ECBA™ certification exam.
