Central College of Business & Technology is offering a workshop for the Certified Associate in Project Management.
According to PMI®, the profession of project management is growing rapidly and millions of new project management jobs are created every year.
Consequently, attaining this certificate will provide participants with a relatively faster entry into the project management market.
This workshop will be conducted over the course of 21 hours. It is based on A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) Sixth Edition.
This course has been specifically designed to prepare the participants for the CAPM® certification exam as well as for real-life projects.
CAPM® Certification Exam Preparation Workshop - Learning Objectives
During the course of this workshop, participants will learn various concepts. For example, they will learn about the key concepts of project management, knowledge areas, processes within these knowledge areas, inputs, tools and techniques.
In addition, they will also understand the outputs of these processes as highlighted by A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).

Format Of The Workshop
This workshop uses a combination of instructions, workshops, quizzes, and discussions along with a practice exam. Quizzes cement the concepts and will provide the basis for a personalized study plan for exam success. A practice exam is also part of the workshop and aims to help participants in passing the CAPM® certification exam.
