Central College of Business & Technology is offering a workshop on the Certification of Capability in Business Analysis.
This workshop will be conducted over the course of 21 hours. It is based on A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide) Ver. 3.
This course has been specifically designed to prepare the participants for the CCBA® certification exam as well as for real-life business analysis assignments.
CCBA® Certification Exam Preparation Workshop - Learning Objectives
During CCBA® Certification Exam Preparation Workshop, participants will learn various concepts. For example, they will learn about the key concepts of business analysis along with knowledge areas and their associated tasks, perspectives and techniques.
In addition, they will also understand the underlying competencies as highlighted by A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide) Ver. 3.
After completing this program, participants will be able to pass the CCBA® exam.

Modules Covered in the CCBA® Certification
The CCBA® Certification Exam Preparation Workshop is based on A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide) Ver. 3. This workshop covers six pieces of knowledge along with 30 tasks. In addition, it includes six underlying competencies, fifty techniques, and five perspectives.
It comprises 11 modules. Namely, the modules are:

Format Of The Workshop
This workshop uses a combination of instructions, workshops, quizzes, and discussions along with a practice exam. Quizzes cement the concepts and will provide the basis for a personalized study plan for exam success. A practice exam is also part of the workshop and aims to help participants in passing the CCBA® certification exam.
