Format Of ITIL® Certification Exam Preparation Workshop

This workshop uses a combination of instructions, workshops, quizzes, and discussions along with a practice exam. Quizzes affirm the concepts and also provide the basis for a personalized study plan for exam success. A practice exam is also part of the workshop and aims to help participants in passing the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification exam.

Exam Information

  • ITIL® 4 Foundation exam is a 60-minute, closed-book exam consisting of 40 multiple choice questions each with four answer options.
  • These questions can be either classic (or standard MCQs), negative, missing word, or list type and correspond to levels 1 (recall) and 2 (understand) of Bloom’s taxonomy.
  • Each question carries 1 mark. The minimum passing score is 65% (i.e., 26 correct answers out of 40 questions). An additional 15 minutes are awarded to candidates who don’t speak English as their first language.
  • The exam can be booked from PeopleCert’s site and for candidates in Canada, the fee is USD 363.
