Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL® 4) Foundation certification is the entry-level qualification in I.T. Service Management (ITSM) from Axelos, a global best practice company. It prepares participants for the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification exam as well as for the real-life service management assignments.

This workshop is highly valuable for service management professionals who wish to acquire basic understanding of the ITIL® 4 framework and use it to enhance the quality of IT service management within their organizations as well as pass the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification exam.
This 21-hour workshop is based on ITIL® Foundation ITIL 4 Edition book by Axelos and as described by ITIL®4 Foundation Candidate Syllabus document by Axelos. Learning outcomes include:
The workshop uses a stimulating combination of instructions, workshops, quizzes, discussions and a practice-exam. Quizzes reinforce the concepts and provide the basis for a personalized study plan for exam success. A practice exam is part of the workshop and aims to help participants in passing the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification exam.
ITIL® 4 Foundation exam is a 60-minute, closed-book exam consisting of 40 multiple choice questions each with four answer options. These questions can be either classic (or standard MCQs), negative, missing word, or list type and correspond to level 1 (recall) and 2 (understand) of Bloom’s taxonomy. Each question carries 1 mark. Minimum passing score is 65% (i.e., 26 correct answers out of 40 questions). An additional 15 minutes are awarded to candidates who don’t speak English as their first language. The exam can be booked from PeopleCert’s site and for candidates in Canada, the fee is USD 363.
